When you open his astrocartography map, the synchronicity is surprising. While working for the Arkansas company, he was activating his Sun MC (Midheaven) line, which is quite close to his former employer’s headquarters. Sun MC lines are known for helping you be recognized for who you are, which is the Sun, career-wise - represented by the Midheaven. But it gets better… He has the Sun natally in the 8th, the house connected to other people’s or companies finances—perfect for his field!
Then, he started working for the Japanese company. It turns out he has a Mars MC line going through Tokyo. This line generally represents pioneering, courage, and action in one's career. Looking at his birth chart, Mars also rules his Midheaven in Aries, making this an especially beneficial line for his professional development. The synchronicity is striking!
